Meet the Team

Chad, Quad County Ag project manager
Chad Taute 
President
 

Chad grew up in Paton, Iowa, working in the family-owned business his father founded in 1979. After graduating from high school, he joined the company full-time, working alongside his father and their employees.

With more than 40 years of experience invested in this company, Chad brings deep knowledge and dedication to the organization. As the President/Owner, he oversees the company’s daily operations and all construction services performed by Quad County Ag LLC and its employees.

Chad lives in Paton, Iowa, with his wife, Dawn. They have a daughter, Madisyn, and a son, Mylo. Outside of work, Chad enjoys boating and spending time with his family. He looks forward to the opportunities ahead and is committed to continuing the strong family legacy behind this business that he strongly believes in.

Ron Ludwig
Project Manager/Sales
 

Ron graduated from Lake View Auburn High School and attended DMACC, focusing on business.

He joined Quad County Ag LLC in 2004 and serves as a Project Manager and Sales Representative. Ron brings 40 years of experience in the grain handling and construction industries. He spent 15 years working at a commercial grain elevator and another 15 years as a millwright, during which time he owned and operated his own construction business.

Ron lives on an acreage near Lake City, Iowa, with his wife, Melanie. They have a daughter, Allison, and two sons, Zach and Conner. In his spare time, Ron enjoys hunting, fishing, and golfing. He welcomes the opportunity to visit with you about your grain handling and storage needs.

Roberto Dorantes
Project Manager/Foreman
 

Roberto began working for Quad County Ag LLC in the spring of 2001. Since then, he has gained valuable experience and developed his skills in the construction business under Chad’s leadership. Roberto currently serves as a Project Manager and Foreman.

In his spare time, he enjoys playing soccer and gaming on the computer.
